That simple gift sparked a journey of learning, experimenting and creating—eventually transforming her passion for baking and giving into Labor of Loaves — a small business dedicated to fresh, homemade breads. She is devoted to caring for people—whether she’s helping patients bring new life into the world or shaping dough before sunrise. Allison shares her love for sourdough through sales and donations as well as providing free loaves to families struggling with food insecurities.
